    Hi,
I am new to this forum and I am interested in getting some input from you all. I am a 32 year old single lady that has decided to become a dentist after a year of serious thought. I have a B.A in International Affairs. I have registed to start taking my science requirements and I plan to get into a dental program in fall 2003. Do any of you have any advice for me?
    Thanks :D [email protected]

i think schools favor older students. i have friends that will be 30 when they grad, and when they finally got in theyre credentials werent drastically improved. i think they look for the maturity and perseverence. just take the bare minimum you need to get in right now since your pressed for time and of course do well so you can demonstrate that youre proficient in science. if you have any more specific questions post. oh work or visit in a dental office if possible.
