i'm tried hard but failed to get information about degree equalization for (( Orthodontics- dental specialty )) in Australia , Canada Or America

- type of exam ??
- the exam will be about my specialist only or will ask me about bachelor's subjects ??
- what sources i can study from ??
- witch kind of difficulty it is ??

NOTE :: Ortho. certificate from Ukraine .
