I'm currently a freshman as a biology major and this is going to be my second semester at my university. Last semester I basically took the pre-requisite courses (Chem 001, Wri 001, Math 015 which is an introduction to stats, and Pre Calc) and I aced them all. My question now is whether it would be smart to take two writing classes at once for this semester (Core 001 and Wri 10)? If I do, here is what my schedule will look like...

Chem 002 with lab
Calculus
Wri 010
Core 001

Thanks for any advice.

Taking two writing classes would be fine. However, you should probably be taking some general biology classes soon so that you have time to take any upper level biology classes you need for the DAT later

I was thinking of taking general biology this fall or would it be better if I take it this semester?
