~Welcome to the Madness~
You cannot transfer your credits from India to the USA.
You need to complete your BDS in India and apply to a advanced standing course for foreign trained dentists.
This course is generally of 2 year duration but some universities like NYU have a 3-year course.
admission is based on your GPA (calculated by www.ece.org or WES), NBDE part1 score (some universities need part 2 scores as well), TOEFL iBT score and your work-ex etc..
experience in the USA comes in handy (a lot!).. If you are in the USA, I suggest you observe under a US dentist and take a certificate from him. It'll help when you apply.
Applications generally begin one year before the commencement of the course.
Read up threads in this part of SDN, U'l get the hang of everything.
For furthur clarifications, feel free to contact us.

Once again, Welcome!

to my knowledge - you cant do the jumping thing unless you plan to take the DAT and apply to the 4 year DDS.
