ok here is the deal i'm taking my DAT's ON AUG 20th and i stilll haven't submitted my application yet...do you guys think i should wait till i get my DAT scores so that i know if should apply or not? cuz i dont know how well i'm going to do so i dont want to waste all that money on applications and endup getting a bad score on there....by the way what is consisdered a late application??? by when?? is AUG 20th too late???

if you are truly not confident about your chances this year, then wait until you get your dat scores. Have your addsas done, and if your scores are awesome and you think you have chance, just submit it that day.

yeah i agree with the previous post
have everything on your application filled out but don't submit it yet
once you get your DAT then you can decide whether to go for it or not.

if you're taking your DAT on Aug 20th, i would say you're going to be considered 'late' although you can still get in with solid stats

it'll take about a month for your application to be processed and also 2 weeks for your DAT scores to be sent out, so factoring those in, your files will get to schools around late September / early October.
and people already being interviewed at that time, that is why i'm saying it'll be considered 'little late'

but there are many people out there who still gets in applying in September and etc., so it'll all depends on your resume and stats
