Does anyone know if the test stresses which drugs/substances affect for instance CYP3A4 or CYP2C? Or is it enough just to know what's a general Cytochrome P450 inducer/inhibitor? Thanks!

Just know the ones that induce / inhibit generally, but also know that Proton Pump Inhibitors (specifically omeprazole) inhibit CYP2C19, which decreases the bioactivation of clopidogrel.
Step 1 questions are little puzzles that are easy if you recognize the clues, but difficult if you don't. Just memorize the list of P450 inducers / inhibitors in FA -- there aren't that many.

I speak from recent experience. 🙂 The questions are generally not difficult provided that you've memorized the basics. My best advice is to read FA at least 3 times, and do world more than once if you can.
