Is it just me or is there a negative vibe throughout this forum toward optometry school? Just as with every professional school - there will evitably be debt and loans. There will be the "scare" of the profession vanishing (even heard about it with pharmacists). I think it's all something that people pursuing professional careers all face....so get over it. They're all good careers, but no one said it'd be easy to become a doctor of anything.
