Neurology...Blueprints vs Case Files

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Starting neurology soon, and there seems to be some disagreement over how useful either of these are. So, do you like Case Files or Blueprints for Neuro better?

Case Files is probably the best option out there.

Here is a vote for Blueprints. Especially for the clinical part of the rotation. It is an easy read and can be done in a very short amount of time.

Case files is also good for the clinical rotation, but I liked blueprints.

Pretest is awesome for the shelf.

another vote for blueprints, high yield. that plus world was good for me.

Another vote for blueprints.

For most other rotations I hated blueprints. BLueprints was unquestionably the most recommended by our neuro housestaff. I ended up doing pretty well ~87 raw score (>98th percentile). I'd recommend it.

Others in the group used case files b/c they already had it. They seemed to like it well enough.
