I would like to treat a foot neuroma without injection (such as sclerosing) for a patient that does NOT want an injection.
I would like to use DMSO as the carrier agent. What active ingredient should I add to the DMSO to make it help the neuroma? Would something like arnica, capsaicin, or hydrocortisone be appropriate?
