Hi everyone, I've attended a few brain-cutting sessions now and find it pretty interesting.

Could anyone suggest to me programs with strong neuropathology departments?

Is it possible as a MS4 to do a extrenship specifically focused on neuropath at one of these places?

Thanks!

Harvard, Columbia and UCSF. (and any top program)

I know Columbia has a rotation every month for a student.

It is simple to research these things on your own. Just search the school's website that you are interested in and find their elective catalog. Look under path and see if they have an exclusively neuropath one.

I've heard UPenn is particularly strong in neuropath as well (per the neuropathologist at my school).

Thanks, I was hoping to find some places that might have a lot of cases where I might be able to do some things on my own.

Penn has good faculty, and they do have alot of cases as well. Between CHOP and HUP, you get to see alot of brains.
