Well, assuming that you score as well as you did with your 524... I'm skeptical that a single D your freshman year held you back. Fill out a template when you get your new score. I presume you applied to all your NY in-state options in your previous attempts? What feedback did you get over this period of time, aside from "get a master's degree"?
