NBME CBSE changed the scoring system. No more 3 digit score (300). The new system will show raw percent correct (140/200 questions shows up as 70%) adjusted for form difficulty, in addition to "probability of passing Step 1". This change follows the p/f change of USMLE Step 1. Is this change applied to CBSE for OMFS, as well as the CBSE for med students? If so, any thoughts on how it will affect the next few cycles where program directors will receive both old and new systems from applicants?
