I know some schools only want one set of letters, but I am currently working at a year-long job. Started in June, which was way too early to ask for letters, but I've been working for two months and the people I'm working with would like to write letters. Unfortunately, my committee letter was to be compiled BEFORE I went to this job, so unless I go back in time with a time machine, I can't add it to the committee letter.
I've never added new letters besides a committee packet before. How would I go about this?
Add letters to AMCAS, and then find schools (I've already submitted about 95% of my secondaries) and inform them that I have another letter coming? Obviously, I'd explain to them my committee deadline and the timeline of work in regards to this. I know some schools avoid more than one set of letters like the plague. Do I have to have the letters be sent to any other places? I dunno! Interfolio, evals, what? I work with 3 doctors, that I coordinate on different levels of the research project, so I can tailor research and clinical accordingly.
If you don't have a committee, please let me know how you do non-committee letter sending, at the very least.
But if anyone has been or is in my situation, please help me out.

(hope I'm not being THAT pre-med, I'm a reapplicant that could use some extra letter power v.v)
