I wouldn't say that it's harder. The questions just seem about the same difficulty, just that there's less of them. I think there's more luck involved because there will be less questions meaning less topics covered. You can't test everything with just 7 passages.Hi everyone,
Regarding the new MCAT:
Besides the shortened test time & number of questions, are there any changes in the test questions themselves ? Will the questions be harder? Or place more emphasis on certain parts, compared to the old MCAT ?
Dont know. R = regular? It's in the old format. Also, I saw on AAMC that there are Test 3R and 3CBT, what does "R" stand for ?
it depends on the test. Some exams are more curved than others depending on the difficulty of the examThanks, DocFunk.
Ah, I'd like to know: How to convert RAW score to actual score (the score that will be reported to schools)???
The score conversion chart in e-mcat.com is there when you log in and you click on the left side "How is the MCAT scored?"Oh thank you.
Is there a formula for converting scores ?
