I am applying to DO schools this cycle after I foolishly didn't last cycle. I have been researching schools for hours, but I cannot seem to come up with a decent list. Every schools seems so similar!

Any advice on the best places to apply to/schools to stay away from would be much appreciated!

I'm a Florida resident, 3.73 gpa, 3.53 science gpa, 511 MCAT with plenty of shadowing, volunteering and research experience.

When I applied, like 8 years ago, DMU, KCU, CCOM, PCOM, Rowan, TCOM, and the other state schools, were the places to apply to.

With you stats I'd recommend applying to whatever DO schools you want including the "low yield" ones. People with your stats seem to rarely get passed up for an interview at my school (Oklahoma State) so I think its worth the app fee to apply there (or wherever you want really). You'll get interviews at the majority of the DO schools you apply to considering you checked all the boxes and can get a DO letter of recommendation.
