In regards to the CARS Passages in NS FL exams and the CARS exams of Testing solution what is better practice between those two?

I want to know ASAP so I can incorporate whatever one is best

My opinion is that anything that is not AAMC CARS is absolutely worthless except to time yourself. YMMV.

No experience with testing solutions but next step CARS is complete trash. Personally, Uworld helped me the most with CARS. It's still not exactly like the real thing, but I did it every day while studying for my retake and went up 4 points (124 to 128).

Why is Next Step CARS trash?

I didn't think the questions or the passages were anything like the real thing. There are even blaring grammatical errors in some of them. Overall it's just not worth the money imo.

I used Uworld pretty much exclusively.
