Hey guys, just purchased the NextStep practice exam bundle and wondering if anyone has done so and can let me know if the exams given correlated to the actual AAMC MCAT exam? Would greatly appreciate it

Did you get the online tests or that box set?
I didn't even know there were paper practice tests anymore. Are you sure those aren't crazy old?

Also, this needs to be moved to Pre-Allo

They correlate somewhat nicely. They, on average, were scored lower than my actual exam. I felt CARS was spot on.

PS when you start to get more involved in analysis, note that NextStep (somewhat) recently changed their scaling methodology. So when you compare to older users, it will not be the same.

PSS you may receive more help by posting future questions in the pre-allo section.

I scored 5 points higher on the real deal than my NS average. I thought CARS and P/S were spot on. C/P was way off (IMO).

Agreed. CP was way too complicated and computation heavy. Plus, it barely had any biochemistry/human-based correlation.
