Found this on the NIH site and thought it might be of some interest to applicants, especially since it seems that some programs are completely misrepresenting the amount of NIH funding they receive.

while these rankings are an interesting guide for applicants, what can't be omitted is that these are Medical School based rankings, and don't include programs that receive far greater NIH funds through their hospital and not through their medical school.... IE: all the HARVARD programs... I believe MGH's total is about 12 million this year from NIH alone, not including other sources... and I am sure B&W is not far behind.
