No 4th Quarter Option in Course Entry?

Hey everyone,
I just called AMCAS to ask about how to enter 4th quarter grades because there is no option for 4th quarter. The lady said to enter it as the "summer quarter" even though its from March-May. This makes my 4th term classes show up before my 1st term classes in the list. Is this alright? Should I move my 1st term classes to be "summer term"? Please help!

To AMCAS, the school year starts in Summer. Does your Q1 start in June?

No the first quarter was late August to October. Each is about 8 weeks long.
