So I interviewed in Mercy and all the schools in IL. However I haven't gotten an acceptance/rejection/waiting list call or email. Do I still have some chances of them calling?

I don't know if I should because I called a university and they said that it is a little disrespectful if students call them for info like this

Is the university another dental school? I think if you had a pre-december the schools owe you an answer by the second. I called UNLV to find out about my status. I don't think it's disrespectful at all. The only way it would get annoying for the schools is if you bother them constantly for no reason.
