With 22 schools, and rejections from only 3, you really have a ways to go.
In all honesty, however, I wouldn't worry. Your GPA, while not ideal, is far from poor. As much as colleges try to be the same, the fact is that your undergrad GPA does not necessarily determine your success in dental school, and d-schools are aware of this.
you did well on your DAT, and may I state again that you applied to 22 friggin schools? They said it, and I'll say it. You'll get in somewhere. Just keep the faith and try to keep yourself busy in the meanwhile.
Yes, it's agony. But you get through it. When you get the letter saying you have an interview, this will all be a good story to tell.
