How worried should I be if I have NO interviews PERIOD at this point? My file was complete at all schools a little over a month ago.

Well, with just 3 apps, you only have 3 chances at interviews to begin with...so who knows? Are your numbers competitive for your state schools? Answer that and you may have some indication of how worried you should be...but a 28 would seem to be a pretty big barrier to success...and your GPA is on the low side...and your app was a bit on the late side...none of these are helping matters...
