after you get an acceptance, I would spread some word of mouth about this professor to some of the other undergrads/pre-meds you might be in tight with

it's ridiculous for someone to spend 2 years in a lab and not get a letter unless you just truly sucked

The other student my year in the lab also did not receive a LOR, so I'll be sure to let people know.

I would let your pre-med advisor know she was unsatisfactory mentor in your feedback or in an appointment. Completely unacceptable.
