NO OFFERS YET - How does the waiting game work?

Will the schools start making more offers as soon as those lucky people with multiple acceptances start giving them up? If not, will there be a new wave of offers sometime in the middle of January?

I'm most curious about Minnesota and Creighton, the schools where I interviewed in November.

From the looks of it on Predents it looks like Creighton is making most of it's offers to students from states which they have contracts with. My guess is that they will begin accepting students from other states in the upcoming weeks.
