Non-Paid Points for CME - USAR

Once upon a time, as early as the end of 2016, I used to be able to send copies of CME certificates to catch all email at Fort Knox for non-paid points.

However, recently all my certificates I've turned in have been declined. Have they decided to stop giving points for CME?
