I want to major in something extremely liberal that will allow me to take courses in philosophy, chemistry, biology, English etc. and what ever the hell else I find interesting. I don’t care if there are no job prospects when I’m finished. I’m tired of taking classes I’m not interested in. I want to go to school to learn, not absorb useless noise I don’t care about. Does anyone know of schools, or a degree path that offers this much freedom in obtaining a bachelors? Like liberal studies or something?

You already said it: liberal studies.
A liberal studies degree would give you the flexibility to take classes in a variety of disciplines, which is what you seem to be looking for. However. Be aware that Liberal Studies tends to fall under the realm of liberal arts and easily include philosophy, English, and social sciences, but some programs may not bridge the gap between the social and natural sciences. You can push to include it, of course, but it's good to know ahead of time that you'll have to do that.

At my undergrad LS majors chose a self-directed focus (not prescribed by the program) and worked with an advisor to create a degree plan. This is part of what makes it tricky to have both liberal arts and natural sciences included in your degree--it's hard to sell a "focus" that broad.

Alternately you could look for programs in areas you're interested in that have a lot of cross-listed courses in different disciplines, but I'm not sure how you would go about finding that info online, and it's still unlikely they will cross-list between liberal arts and natural sciences.

You will still have to put up with a lot of "useless noise" to get your pre-reqs done 🙂

Music! But of course, I’m biased  Whatever you pick, stay away from the “easy” majors: psychology, criminal justice, sociology. Bachelors in those fields ain’t gonna impress anyone without a masters to back it up!
