DO YALL KNOW OF ANY MED SCHOOLS THAT DONT HAVE A CUT THROAT ENVIRONMENT? WHAT SCHOOLS HAVE PASS/FAIL?

The only places I think would be completely free of competition would be Mount Sinai and Stanford based on their grading system. Pass/Fail doesn't mean much when you're ranks based on your average like at my school regardless of whether you Honor, Pass or Fail. A place like U of Chicago would still be competitive because the class is ranked. At Stanford and Sinai they throw everything out.
