Is there a consensus on how I should calculate a LizzyM score if I have a strong upward trend and did a masters in microbiology?

Its is a useless gesture. You are better off calculating you AMCAS GPA Grid as that will show grade trends the way med schools will see them.

Agree. The more non-trad you are, the less helpful things like LizzyM score and WARS are.

That said, I'd avoid applying to more than 3 schools where your MCAT or GPA are < 10th percentile. (Assuming appliations to 15-30 schools total)

Oh yeah, I'm not saying you should shoot way higher than your scores. I'm just saying you have to pay more attention to quartiles, school missions, reputations, your ECs, etc.

Cumulative GPA of all undergrad coursework regardless of whether it was taken prior to or after bachelors degree was earned.
