Not Able to Add Designations??

So the earliest deadline for any PT school is Oct. 1st. However, I can no longer add any PT designations. The little "+" sign near the top is no longer there. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, do you know why? I still have schools to designate and considering that schools are accepting applications as late as next Spring, I can't think of any reason as to why we shouldn't be able to add more schools. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance.

I would call PTCAS. I just added two more designations last night.
