So I've taken
biochemistry,
cell bio,
Immuno,
orgo 1/2
all the gen chem/bio/physics classes
microbio
A&P
Cellular biochem
Calc 1
Genetics
Biodisease
Biostats

How bad would it look if I didn't take histology since i wont need it to graduate?

What are the main classes that we should take besides these?

Why do you think that not taking Histology looks bad? What other upper-level Bio is available to you? There's no point to us making suggestions if your school doesn't offer it.

1) No
2) Courses that you actually like and are interested in.
