I think i know who this is, unless I've picked out someone else who just gets under my skin
I don't think there's anyone worse than her.

Idk guys, I followed some bad SDN advice and it ruined my chances of being a vet!!! 😱😱😱😱

Just checked, no it’s not.Is this the same advisor who said it was illegal to use loans to care for your pets?
Oh good, there are two of them thenJust checked, no it’s not.
Sad thing is that's an administrator at one of the cvmsIs this the same advisor who said it was illegal to use loans to care for your pets?
Often the last bit comes with maturity, and that's not always present in younger adults. Which is ok! It's part of the process of growing up, and a necessary part of being a vet.My 2 cents is this: being a 3rd time applicant (and finally accepted yay!) SDN has helped me, I like to think the majority of us future doctors know the difference between fact and opinion. Never once have I felt SDN was responsible for me not being accepted. I can guarantee you 100% that it was my shortcomings that resulted in me not being accepted. Some people need to learn to man up and take responsibility for their own actions in life and on their apps! End soapbox 🙂
Extremely unrelated, but is your avatar a picture of your cat? Or is it just a random cool cat painting you found online?

We're realizing the value of having pre- Veterinary students, vet students, and veterinarians all coming together to break down some of the pillars of isolation the profession built for us.
See, I prefer to not talk to students and only tolerate residents cause they do my bidding. Premeds /prevets don't even raise to the level of person for me to spend enough energy to worry about ignoringThis is one of the things I like most about this forum. Sometimes it can be hard to be buddies with people on various steps of the professional "ladder." I like having a close community of applicants, students, GPs, specialists, and house officers to chat with. It's really quite nice.

Notice how he hasn’t responded to this. He learned you were a vet and is spending the last 10 minutes sanitizing himself.I'm surprised you even talk to vets, after all we're supposedly the "lesser doctor".
Fair enough. As for me, I leave primate medicine in general to the knuckle-draggers ;pSee, I prefer to not talk to students and only tolerate residents cause they do my bidding. Premeds /prevets don't even raise to the level of person for me to spend enough energy to worry about ignoring
I'm more of a prosimian gal myself tbh.Fair enough. As for me, I leave primate medicine in general to the knuckle-draggers ;p
Who else is going to care for my cat?I'm surprised you even talk to vets, after all we're supposedly the "lesser doctor".
Who else is going to care for my cat?
Outside of that....
In Russia, p ***** take care of you.
Hey! Leave us non-human primate medicine practitioners out of it! 😛Fair enough. As for me, I leave primate medicine in general to the knuckle-draggers ;p
I see our favorite "adviser" is back on the APVMA page posting things that are, IMO, inappropriate for someone in her role...
