Do all programs contact applicant after the match comes out? And does the contact come in the form of a phone call or an email? The SF Match policy on this seems ambiguous.

I received a phone call and e-mail from my program this morning.

From what I've heard, most programs call, but I'm sure that this is not true everywhere. Also, some programs may leave a voice mail message, but others may wait to catch you live by telephone.
