I was reading some of your previous messeges. It looks like you are really involed in the school and you know facts about it. I got a question. How important is it to finish the program you are involed before going to Nova. another words, i am doing my masters in Bio. and do they really care if i finish it or not? If i don't finish it, do they kick me out?

Arash,

To answer your question, it all depends on your Nova acceptance letter. The letter should state everything that you should do for you to matriculate. If it doesn't state that you "HAVE" to complete your master's degree, then obviously you don't have to. After confirming with your acceptance letter that completing your master's degree is not a must, then I would suggest you to consult with Su-Ann to make sure.

For instance, my acceptance from Nova was a "full" acceptance. Only things that Nova needed from me are OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. I contacted Su-Ann and she confirmed that I do not need to continue with my Post-Bac. program if I do not wish to do so. As result, I withdrew all my courses for the Spring Term and turned into a "pool BUM". 😀

Call Su-Ann and double check with your Nova acceptance letter. Also, check your Personal Message (PM). 😎

Arash , I am in the same boat. I am finishing my MS in computr science and i graduate in Aug. In my letter of acceptance i have A ful accepance. However , i want to finish my masters, if u don't have a lot of classes left finish i. Just sugessions🙂
Look forward seeing u in my class.

I just got some new news about Nova, apparantley they have filled all the spots but I will have a better understanding of my position after May 15, I guess another deposit is due on that date. Still hoping for the best, I had kind of given up on them but it still looks promising.

That's absolutely correct, Nova's second deposite is due on the 15th of May. At that time, admissions committee will have a better grasp on what the class will look like and tap into the alternate list if needed.

To my classmates:

100 days until Orientation (8-8-02)!!! Also, I just realized that our "White Coat Ceremony" will only be just us, the dental students. I've always thought that all the HPD students will have the same ceremony on the same day.....guess not!
