Nova help?!

Hi there-
a little frustrated with the application stuff (yes, it's one of those times for me right now, we all know the feeling). I was completing the Nova on-line form but was unable to print it as I was working on it (as suggested) and made the foolish mistake of entering my credit card info. Apparantly, my secondary was sent incomplete and there is no way to go back into the form to modify the missing fields.

When I called, I was told I would have to complete an entirely new application... with an Additional application Fee!! Is this the absolute case, or is it just someone on the phone that doesn't want to deal with me. I really don't want to have to pay AGAIN for an application.

I also suggested I could send the missing info as a supplemental paper copy, which is also unacceptable. Any addendums would necessitate an entirely new application. I find it hard to believe this is my only option.

Has anyone else had any problem like this, and if so, does anyone know who I could speak with there to get it fixed?!

Unfortunately I do not know who to speak to to solve your problem

If it helps any I am willing to give you my signature to file a formal complaint with the BBB for such poor business practices.

Perhaps you may want to give them another call and hopefully you'll get to speak to someone else , see how that goes
