Just received a package in the mail from Nova Southeastern University.
They have invited me for an interview on September 23rd. Would anyone else be attending the interview on the same date?

Hi pinkpari, I didn't keep exact dates but my primary was sent out late July. If I'm recalling correctly, Nova's secondary wasn't too demanding so I sent that out pretty soon after I got it. Hope this info helps!

If my interview is at 11:45am, would it be cutting it too close to fly home the same day at 4:30 pm? Any thoughts will be appreciated greatly!

Some will say yes, some will say no.

I'd say call the school and ask. What I gathered form reading here is that they will ask if anyone has travel plans and interview them first.

Here's some feedback on this place:
-The neighborhood seems pretty nice and the hotel is 5-10 mins away from Nova.
-They provide a shuttle service to the school.
-The rooms are exceptionally clean.
-Free internet.
-The staff are very nice and helpful.

For 82$/night I highly recommend this place for those of you who haven't found a place to stay at yet.

I'll come back with more feedback regarding the actual interview tomorrow.

There were I spent my 2 nights.... really nice hotel.
Not to mention close to the beach where I went each day I was there.

EDIT: Oh yeah, good luck... it is really laid back.

Good luck, I did use to live in Coral Springs, FL!, Its close to NOva as well. I am hoping to get an interview from them! im really bored and need some action here!

Hi. I just received an interview invitation package from nova 🙂
I've never been to Florida and near nova univ area.
Would you recommend me few descent hotels near nova?
they provided some info about the hotels (resort and club, renaissance hotel, comfort suites, hampton ).

Do you guys think having to drive back to Tallahassee (about a 7 hour drive) for 9AM lab the next morning is a good enough reason to ask to go earlier? 😀

Yup, im a late one also. I have it scheduled for January. I never got a packet in the mail for anything, and I have a feeling it got lost somewhere along with my original interview invitation. It's really annoying. I had some solid scores with solid GPA so not sure what happened. O well, hope its not too late.😳

if you receive the invitation in email, the packet is attached. if you don't have that attached, you can call the school and have them email you one. hope that help 🙂
