Has anyone here been accepted to/applied to the BS/DO at NSU, if so, what are/were your stats?
Are you happy with your decision to enter into a dual admissions program?
How is it, going to undergrad/med school in sunny Florida?
Any info about it is very much appreciated!

NSU BS/DO is the best college program out there. It's a 7-8 year BS/DO program...The undergrad isn't that well known, but the grad schools are highly reputable....

If you got into an Ivy League, then I think you should choose Northwestern/WashU/Harvard....but if you want a safety net school....then go to NSU.

Good luck and don't stress if you get into it...because it's not that hard.

It's great...for the past two weeks i could see how awesomly sunny and nice out it was through the libray windows each time I put down my physiology textbook.

jk. ( but sortof not really)

I think that its great to go to school down in florida--especially south florida cause when you have down time there is always something to do. Whether its going to the beach, going out to eat or going out to watch a sports game at a bar, every place always has something going on.

I'm a first year BS/DO at Nova. I love it here it's a great program. Great match list. Great alumni network. Classes are a 5 out of 10 on the difficulty scale Anatomy and Physiology I, Gen Chem I, Trig and Biomedical Ethics. I'm doing research work in chemistry. I debated here versus some high powered public universities. I'm happy with my choice. If you're applying you need a DO LOR. So shadow with a DO.
