Hi! I am filling out NSU's Letters of Evaluation section in AACOMAS. My understanding is they want it to match the requests inputted into the system, yet I only have one request for my Pre-Health Advisor (they typically send a packet with a committee letter and any individual LORs, which includes a physician letter). Has anyone else been in this situation and run into any issues by only listing the committee letter evaluation?

Hey! my LORs and application fee has been marked as received on the Nova portal (submitted secondary on June 9th, if that helps). my official college transcript however has been marked as not received. just wondering if this is the same for others as well 🤔

I was able to talk to an admissions counselor, and they said that if you submitted early and your documents haven't been merged by next Friday, then give them a call.

I was in a similar position, I ended up getting an email about missing transcripts and how I needed to send it to them so thats what I ended up doing. I think I posted it above asking a similar question at the time. Only after sending it directly to them was it marked received.

Thank you! I called on Friday and was told that the “awaiting” status for my transcripts just means that my application hasn’t been reviewed yet and to be patient because of the high volume. I may call again just to double check and ensure that I don’t still need to send over my transcripts directly.

Same here. I got an email saying I applied and later received an email for their secondary. I haven't applied this year yet but did last year.

I think I may have added them on my AACOMAS portal, but removed them prior to ever sending anything. Really weird

Me too! I received an email saying they received everything, and also the transcript didn't have a red asterisk so I assumed it wasn't mandatory.

I've called the admissions office twice now, and they've told me that transcripts say "not received" if the transcript has not yet been downloaded from AACOMAS, meaning the application has not yet been reviewed. They said there is no need to send them over electronically, as they should receive them from AACOMAS. I'm so confused on whether we should or not, as some applicants are being told to send them. 😭

I actually called the office about this last week, because I was confused as well. I sent mine through AACOMAS, and asked if there was anything else I needed to do to ensure they received my transcripts. They said everything was in order with my application and I should hear something soon about a possible interview.

I just called them and it seems like they mark your transcript status as not received even if they have "access" to it. I was very confused but they told me there's nothing we need to do if it's transcript is marked received by AACOMAS and they generally require students to email the transcript to them AFTER interview...

I got the secondary like two days after submitting primaries
