Does anybody have any solid information on this program and if they actually do gray you admission to the DO school if you complete certain requirements and are able to maintain certain grades. Some people say it will only grant you an interview others say they give you a seat into the medical school. Any former students or current students comments would really help.

I wasn’t in this program and I don’t know a whole lot about it but this is what I’ve heard, take it with a grain of salt. I think whether or not you’re given an acceptance or interview depends on your gpa. If you have a 3.6 or higher average in the program, you can automatically matriculate. If you get a 3.3-3.5 average in the program, you automatically get an interview.

I heard that this is a two-year program, but, if you get B or higher in all your classes the first year, you will be allowed to matriculate the following year. If not, then you will matriculate after the completion of the second year. You are only allowed to get 6 credit of Cs and so after your third 'C' you are dismissed from the program. If you fall below an 80% in any class you have to do a second year before matriculation to the DO school, so long as you don't exceed the 6 credits of Cs. That’s the information I got when I researched on these forums as I too considered enrolling in a SMP.

When I was an ER tech in the area, I worked with one guy who couldn’t get in for two cycles... Did the Nova masters and got in that cycle to NSU.
I don’t know his stats but n=1 in my experience.

My understanding is once you're in as long as you get a B or higher in every class, you will matriculate the following year as an M1.
