Don't stone me for my ignorance but i have a salary question. I see salary averages for PODs and there is such a huge gap from different sources. Would you say that these averages were before the extended residency requirements?
Also when say, a 3 year resident graduates what can he/she expect salary wise?
OT: I know the optometry forum I frequent is flooded with threads about oversupply,kinda scary, is this an issue with POD too?

As training has increased, so has salary. As far as average starting salary goes, this has been discussed a ton in quite a few threads. Search for it and you'll find it. Here is a link below:
