NPTE difficulty

Hi just want to ask for those who've taken the exam. How difficult/similar is the actual NPTE compared to the Retired NPTE PEAT? I got very low scores with Scorebuilders and Sullivan (65 percent)but got a good score on both PEATs (85 percent).
