I just received a packet from NSU that has a supplemental application and three evaluation forms. Are these evaluation forms required in addition to letters of rec or did NSU send them because they haven't received my letters of rec yet?

They send those to everyone. Last year i didn't fill those out, but they might be a requirement this year. Call Su-Ann to find out the deal. 1-800-356-0026 Ext 1108.

The supplemental form is a must.... it only takes about 10-15 mins to complete it.

The Evaluation forms are optional. If you already submitted your LORs to AADSAS, then you don't need to use them. If not, then you need to take 2 to your college professors, and one to a Dentist you will shadow with.

I was talking about the eval forms, not the supplemental form.

"Describe any special circumstances that you feel might aid the Committee on Admissions in evaluating your application."

What did you guys do for this part? Did you write a small sentence or did you write a short essay? I mean their is another school that asked something similar to this, I am thinking about modifying it and sending it out. But that is just the laziness of the summer talking right now. Let me know what you guys did, thanx!

Called Su-Ann today just to verify. The evaluations are optional if you already have LORs.

Doesn't take too terribly long, maybe a month max. Call Su-Ann and ask, shes very nice will tell you everything you need to know.
