Fortunately enough I am done. I'm just sitting around now waiting for the letters of rec to roll in. The personal statement was the toughest part I thought.

I finished ERAS a week ago or so. Same as Global, waiting for the LORs to come in. I was hoping everything would be totally in by Sept 2, but starting to be concerned.

JD807, how did you go about the LOR's? All from OB's or other specialties as well?

good question,

I have two LOR's from OB/GYN's, one from Surgery, and I 'm not sure which ones I have left I will use for the 4th (especially because most of my other ones are from Peds). Although I think most programs only want 3? Correct me if I am wrong...


Has anyone heard if they all need to be OB/GYN related? I can't seem to get a solid answer from anyone...someone please shed some light! For those that have already been through this, I know you're out there...give us some pointers!

I got three from Ob/gyns, and one from surgery. Not sure yet which ones I am going to use. I havent heard specifically which is best. Probably though, the ones that make me sound the most stellar are the ones I'll use!!
