Can someone help me out here. Is the webboard user name and password the same as the e-mail and NYITconnect accounts they sent in the mail. I tried them, but it didn't work and I would really like to see what is going on in the apparent secret society I like to call...the NYCOM webboard. Any help would be appreciated.

No, its different. Contact Elizabeth Doran at 516-686-3794 or [email protected]. Call her and tell her you submitted your deposits and she'll create your accounts as well as email you the links to NYCOM's sites.

I called her a week and a half ago and the account was created (and email recieved) less than 30 minutes later. See you this Fall.

Can anyone give me suggestions abt the best place to stay if i am attending NYCOMM? What are some of the good apartment complexes? Anything special abt some of them?

Specifically, which ones are the closest? 🙂

My honest suggestion is to contact a realtor regarding housing. That would be the easiest way to find a nice place. The apartment complexes are VERY expensive (with the exception of one in Glen Cove)...sorry I can't remember the name. Other than that, I would check the webboard on NYCOM's website. There are a lot of second years moving closer to the city now, so there will be plenty available soon. Just work on it fast because the good ones go quickly.
