We have medical THC in our state but I have yet to see ANY decrease in demands for opioid medications.

Most of the "users" are "medical THC" are disabled and living off the government. They usually demand narcotics because their THC is being given "medically".

I assume they want to trade the narcs for more THC or for another income source.
