Do the 125 International students that get into the 3-year Advanced Placement program take the same classes as those 235 students starting D2? So the class rank will be based on total of 360 students?
Also, when you apply to specialty program at the end of your D3, do the school send your class rank from D1, D2, and D3? or just your final class rank after D3?

Yes, the APs all take the same classes. They're ranked separately from the 4-year students.

I assume they send your rank at the time you apply. As long as you don't have any D3 incompletes from clinic, they calculate rank sometime in July and again in September to make sure you're applying with the most updated rank.
