Has anybody else received the invite for the IV today ? getting tensed & losing hope as each day passes 🙁...!!
But trying to keep hope alive since Hope is a good thing 👍

NBDE 1 : 84
TOEFL : 100
GPA : 3.33
1 yr DA experience in US
Perm Resident of US

My scores r juz avg... so dnt lose hope guys... they will be sending invites soon... I guess they muz ve slowed down cause of holidays coming up.. Gud luck nd dnt lose hope..

Congrats for the call. When did you apply for it and when was your application complete for NYU. I am very tensed abt dis. My stats are NDBE-1 -90 / TOEFL-94, GPA-3.33, 1.5 yr DA experience in US. What are my chances for interview?

COZ I HAVE HEARD THT NYUCD are prefering PRs than those on f1 and b1 b2 visa.. probably thats why the people on b1 visa and having 90 scores are not being called so far... is that true??????? even i am not sure but read somewhere in prevous nyu forums of acceptance..

its not true because ,i even dont have visa,and i got interview call🙂
i have just applied for b1/b2 visa(hope to get it in time:scared:).

Thanks jaiho I applied in late oct & my application was complete on 2nd Dec.Don't worry about getting an interview...it'll soon be your turn to post 🙂
 
Dear Freinds,

My application at NYU is not complete yet as they did not receive my NBDE score. This is frustrating. I have applied for the score report last week of November. Any one in same boat ? NYU is only hope for me this year.
 
Hey I can understand..i sent my TOEFL report last month and they have not received it yet. The funny thing with toefl is when u send additional report you cannot put in the department code 38 that nyu mentions and i entered "to other department than these" as one of the choices from biology, physics, chemistry, ...I mean they were subjects and i am applying to dental school. So i did confirm it form admission office before sending in the application for toefl additional report and they said even if i just ask the report to be sent to graduate admission office then sub options do not matter. But i kept on calling them and asking and they never received it and they asked me specifically "not to reorder" as it might reach soon, which never happened and now i re-ordered but i am not even sure if it will reach on time due to holidays🙁...lets hope it all works out. The worst part is i applied in august and my application is still not complete.

I called NYU today and they said if the document is post marked before January 4th, they will consider it. I hope that it reaches to the correct address.

3months observership in the US

Visa - B1

Applied in last week of October. All of those who have gotten the calls, can you all please also mention your interview dates? I have mine on the 8th.

I am just watching the stats of all those who got interveiw from NYU. NYU has been calling only who has GPA of abv 3. i dnt think i have any chance at NYU cuz my GPA is 2.88. IAM SO MUCH DEPRESSED, I DNT KNOW WAT TO DO NOW.

NYU will be closed for the holiday beginning December 24 and will reopen on January 4th,maybe thats the reason!dont lose hope:luck::luck::luck:

i thougt nyu is starting the interview process from 12th jan onwards but u have mentioned u have taken date of 8th jan for interview...??so u will be in the 1st batch of interview....!!all the best...waiting for my turn..!:luck:

hey somebody mentioned in previous post that interveiws will be conducted only on tues and thursdays how come on 8th will be friday right?

u r right but don't know wy they take i/v for last yr waitlisted ppl. Though waitlisted last yr but have not heard anything yet, so worried

NYU has just started giving calls......they will do more after 1st week of jan
 
Is anybody still waiting for interview call??? I submitted my application end of Nov, i got an email stating my application is complete in Dec.However, i havn't received any invitation or rejection yet. I already got an invitation for BU, but don't know what's going on with NUY????Any clue if nuy is still sendign out interview invitation letters???
 
I haven't received my application complete e-mail yet. But I'm guessing they will be extensively sending out the interview invites from next week as today is the last date for applying to NYU.

I thought NYU is holding interviews for FTD only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Let me know if I'm wrong. RU a re applicant ?
 
I was hoping to see some posts in this thread this week about the IV calls but no activity. Hopefully we will have some activity next week.
