I haven't seen a thread for NYU's two-tiered MS/OTD program and I was wondering if anyone else applied or had heard back. I was accepted on 2/1 and it's definitely one of my top choices!

would you mind posting your stats??

University: College of William & Mary
Major: Kinesiology & Health Sciences with a concentration in Allied Health
Overall GPA: 3.62
Pre-Req GPA: 3.7 (for NYU specifically!)
GRE: Q: 154 V: 163 W: 4.5
Letters of Recommendation: Professor, former work supervisor, and an OT

Observation: 90+ hours acute care and inpatient rehab, ~10 hours pediatrics
Work Experience: Administrative assistant at a local family practice (patient outreach, transition to electronic medical records, developed reminder-based intervention program for patients)
Extracurricular: Tutor for middle school students, Vice President of Risk Management of my sorority (plus other non-executive positions), volunteer for the Arc of Greater Williamsburg (organization for adults with developmental disabilities)

Nothing wildly impressive, so I think they are looking at applicants holistically!

I think these stats are great. CONGRATS 🙂 Scared because my pre-req GPA is 3.8 but overall is 3.2 ):

I just applied to the MS. I assuming people who just did that, like myself, won't hear back until later than the people who applied for OTD

I applied but was waitlisted on February 13th :/ NYU is my top choice so I'm really hoping I end up being accepted. Haven't heard anything else yet though. Has anyone else been waitlisted?
