How long is your NYU supplement? Does it matter? Feeling like mine is pretty short. I really want to go here, so I want to make sure they don't think I'm lazy and just going for the minimum!

Mine was about 4300 characters. They give us 5000 characters which is a lot. I guess you don't have to use it all but I really want to go here as well so I wrote a decent amount to give me that extra boost.

I only have ~1500 characters used up. Don't really have much more to say and I thought I'd avoid adding meaningless fluff.

I only wrote about 2000 characters. But mostly because I thought that was the limit before I submitted. I figure there’s no point in writing more though if what you said was strong. Admissions reads so many essays sometimes less it more!

For me NYU is a safety school, so I am not worrying too much about it. I'm not done writing it, but I think I will just make it around 1500 characters.
