Hi, I know there are a threads saying how much NYU sucks and everything but you know what? I'm currently a D2 and I don't know where all these rumors are coming from. The school DOES NOT kick out 1/3 of the class. I'll be honest and admit we loss only a few students from D1 to D2. But our class size is huge, so the percentage was nothing. Anyway, I know each school gets a reputation, but every school has problems too. And you know what? The D3s that took their boards over the summer, they had 100% pass rate. That's 250ish students passing the part I of the boards. We've got to be doing something right over here.

The point is, I wanted to share with everyone, I have a video blog series on YouTube. If you really want to know what life is like at NYUCD, come join me on my journey through dental school. Neat vlog, it's too bad you didn't start it while advertising here at the same time, now anyone interested has to do some major catch-up.

Only gripe so far is that your audio is a bit hit-or-miss so far, I'm guessing you get that stabilized later (hopefully). Keep up the vlogging, and all the best with school. If possible, hang around a bit, plenty of people here that could benefit from a good perspective from a NYUCD student (that may not watch your vlog).

Thanks 🙂 At first I was only making the vlogs for my friends and family back home, and I never imagined so many other people watching. So that's why I didn't advertise here. And at first I really didn't know what I was doing, lol. But hopefully my videos are a little better quality now.

The videos are amazing!! Watched all of them over 3 hours yesterday. Lol! But thank you for taking time out of your busy/hectic schedule to make them. They are so informative and actually made me re-consider NYU lol. But the large class size + cost are def. not appealing no matter what and I personally want to get out of the NJ/NY area hehe. But it still seems like a great school and they prepare you so well for the boards. You seem to be doing very well in NY, bad weather and all! .Good luck finishing up your 2nd year!! 🙂
