Does anyone know whereabouts are the weights of OAT and GPA in deciding admission? Does OAT score count as much as GPA? lower? or higher?

Thx!

It really depends on the individual school. And for some schools, GPA and OAT scores do not matter that much. For example, when Dr. Johnston, the SUNY rep, came to my school he said that a GPA of 3.0 and 320 would be considered competitive. That's much lower than some of the average GPAs of some entering class in the past.

BTW -- I believe the 3.0 GPA is a science GPA.

Overall GPA needs to be higher?

No -- a 3.0 science GPA would just mean that you couldn't "pad" a bunch of "C"s in science classes with "A"s in general classes. 😉
